Yes, supporting our neighbors is part of who we are. You'll find locally roasted coffee, raw honey, farmstead eggs, artisan cheeses, maple syrup, and handcrafted goods from artisans right here in the region. Selection rotates seasonally.

Yes, this is a question we receive repeatedly, so we thought it was time to make the reheating process a little easier.

All of our prepared entrées are fully cooked. When you take them home, you are simply reheating them to your desired serving temperature. Reheating times will vary depending on the entrée, portion size, whether it is refrigerated or frozen, and the wattage of your microwave or your individual oven.

FROM ROOM TEMPERATURE
Microwave

While we do not recommend microwaves as our preferred method of reheating, we understand that convenience matters and many of you choose to use one.

Remove the lid from the container. The lid is NOT microwave safe.

Place the entrée in the microwave and heat for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Carefully check the temperature and stir or redistribute the food if appropriate. Continue heating in 30-second increments until the entrée is heated thoroughly to your liking.

Because every microwave is different, your entrée may require more or less time.

Oven

For the best results, we recommend reheating in the oven.

Remove the entrée from its container and place it in an oven-safe dish. Cover loosely with foil if desired to help prevent drying.

Reheat at 300°F for approximately 15–30 minutes, checking periodically until heated thoroughly.

FROM FROZEN

For the best results, we recommend allowing frozen entrées to thaw in the refrigerator before reheating whenever possible.

Once thawed, remove the entrée from its container and place it in an oven-safe dish. Reheat at 300°F for approximately 30–45 minutes, checking periodically until heated thoroughly.

If reheating directly from frozen, allow additional cooking time and check the center of the entrée carefully to ensure it is heated completely.

A FEW IMPORTANT NOTES

Our containers are intended for storage and transport. Always remove the lid before microwaving, and never place the plastic container in the oven.

Because entrées vary in size, ingredients and density, reheating times are approximate. Always check the center of the food before serving and continue heating as needed.

When in doubt, go low and slow. Your entrée is already cooked, so there is no need to rush the reheating process.

And, of course, enjoy! We did all the cooking. You just have to make it warm.
